Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your new rug! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it.  Your rug must be in original sell-able condition, clean and undamaged.

If you would like to exchange your rug for a different rug, simply return your rug back to us, and place a new order for the rug you would like.  We will refund your original order as soon as we receive your return.

You are responsible for return shipping costs, (Except for defective products or errors in order by Fan Rugs).
